Annual Meeting 2024

The Freightways Group Limited Annual Shareholders Meeting was held in the Hyundai Marine Sports Centre, 8/10 Tamaki Drive, Orakei, Auckland on 23 October 2024. Shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which are supported by the Board:

Voting was conducted by poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

1. That Mark Cairns be re-elected as a director of Freightways.
2. That Abigail Foote be re-elected as a director of Freightways.
3. That Fiona Oliver be re-elected as a director of Freightways.
4. That the directors are authorised to fix the Auditors’ remuneration.
